When you place your online booking you will be able to indicate your specific delivery instructions to your supplier in the “Delivery Comments” box.  This could be details such as:

• Where to place the bin
• Hazards to avoid
• If there will be anyone home on delivery
• The best time of day for delivery

Customers often contact us to find out what time their bin will be delivered, so they can plan out the rest of their day.  The best way to find this out, is to contact your supplier directly.  If you have any special instructions, we also suggest you to talk directly to your supplier about these issues as they are the ones delivering your bin.  Your supplier contact details are recorded on your Tax Invoice, which will be included in the email confirmation once you have booked your bin.
