November 9th, 2010 by The BookaBin New Zealand Bin Hire Team

Some helpful hints………………….. How much notice do you need to give when ordering a skip Bin?Most suppliers will be able to deliver a skip bin withing 24 hours of ordering, however, we suggest skip bins are booked as far in advance as possible to ensure you are able to get a skip bin that best meets your requirements and price. We also  advise that if you require the bin early in the morning and have contractors or helpers relying on this, then it might be best to get the bin delivered the day before. That way you can rest assure that the bin is available and ready no matter how early in the morning you need it.Bin Hire Auckland 1024 - Mt Eden, Three Kings, Eden Terrace.

How to book a bin or receive a quote through www.bookabin.co.nz.

We receive a lot of queries from customers wanting a quote or to book a bin. The process is very simple. Firstly you need to enter in your postcode in on our home page, then follow the process by entering in all your details such as the bin type (if you need help determining what type of bin you need – have a look at the FAQ page, if you are still unsure chat to one of our friendly team members via the live chat function), then you can also choose which size you need, (what we have available is what presents). Lastly you choose the dates that you require the bin to be delivered and picked up.  Bookabin will then present you with a quote. This quote includes everything, unless you exceed the weight allowance or dispose of bad or hazardous waste (again, our FAQ page will advise of what is classed as this).

If you like the quote you can book and pay online through our secure payment system.  As soon as the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your suppliers details so you can contact them directly if need be.

So happy booking and feel free to contact us during booking process – we are here to help.

But stress no more….If you are looking for an easy way to hire a bin to get rid of all the junk you have managed to collect over the years, then hop on line to www.bookabin.co.nz for a pleasantly easy way to book a bin. Even if you decide to tackle the garden this weekend, there is a skip bin especially for you! But do make sure you all make the most of the long weekend and turn up to work on Monday well rested.

Delivery Day Contact Phone Number

July 24th, 2008 by The BookaBin New Zealand Bin Hire Team

Are you using the best contact phone number? When you book a bin at www.bookabin.co.nz, on the booking page where it asks for your “Daytime Phone Number”, please put in the best number for contacting you on the day the bin is to be delivered.

All too often when a customer books a bin online, they put their daytime work phone number. If the bin is to be delivered on a weekend and there is a problem with delivery or another matter, the supplier delivering the bin will end up trying the work number and may not be able to get a hold of you. This is why it is imperative that you please enter the phone number that you can be contactable on at time of delivery.
