Are you using the best contact phone number? When you book a bin at www.bookabin.co.nz, on the booking page where it asks for your “Daytime Phone Number”, please put in the best number for contacting you on the day the bin is to be delivered.

All too often when a customer books a bin online, they put their daytime work phone number. If the bin is to be delivered on a weekend and there is a problem with delivery or another matter, the supplier delivering the bin will end up trying the work number and may not be able to get a hold of you.
