Think there isn’t enough time in the day? Do you get home from work and it’s almost dark outside? Well soon you’ll get an extra hour of daylight to enjoy being outside and have the satisfying feeling of tidying up the house from the cold winter aftermath.
Daylight saving commences on the last Sunday in September (this year, Sunday 28), when when clocks go forward one hour and 2.00am becomes 3.00am, then ends on the first Sunday in April the following year, when 3.00am becomes 2.00am.
So what are you waiting for? Oh yeah, you’ll probably need a skip bin. So why not take the time now and book one online in less than 60 seconds! You could get started on that clean-up tomorrow!

New Zealand is not just showing off their skills in the 2008 Olympics, we are also one of the most techno savvy countries showing great confidence in online ordering. For this we are proud, we have shown the world that dynamite comes in small packages!
If you’re going for gold this weekend and doing a little around the house/garden clean up, please bare the following in mind…
When ordering through www.bookabin.co.nz we are unable to guarantee any specific features of your skip bin. The reason for this is as we have a large number of suppliers nationwide covering almost ALL of New Zealand the bin types between suppliers will vary. Although we can assure you that the volume will always be that of which you have ordered!
At stage 3 of the bin booking process, you will need to request a bin size. To get an idea as to what the size the skip is in comparison to a person, simply scroll your cursor over the ‘VIEW’ text and take a sneak peak as to what size your bin will be. This is only guideline however, so do not be alarmed when your bin arrives and is slightly different…
If you do require certain cosmetic features to your skip bin, please contact your supplier directly and advise them of this. They are there to help!
Otherwise have a great week and GO GO GO NEW ZEALAND!
